80,000 s.f. food processing facility. The plant based in New Orleans Louisiana made Zatarains rice and spices for the south-east.
Project Highlights:
- Two 125 ton air cooled chilled water, for a total of 300 tons of
- Dedicated outside air unit system for stricter control of space humidity
- Air conditioning system dynamically separated both sensible and latent
- 53,000 ft. of heated cooled and ventilated raw materials storage and warehouse.
- Project located next to levee required special attention to sanitary piping, sanitary piping was required to be suspended below the concrete
- Modeled using BIM, all mechanical and plumbing systems were detailed in REVIT and modeled using building information modeling.
