80,000 s.f. food processing facility. The plant based in New Orleans Louisiana made Zatarains rice and spices for the south-east.

Project Highlights:

Two 125 ton air cooled chilled water, for a total of 300 tons of
Dedicated outside air unit system for stricter control of space humidity
Air conditioning system dynamically separated both sensible and latent
53,000 ft. of heated cooled and ventilated raw materials storage and warehouse.
Project located next to levee required special attention to sanitary piping, sanitary piping was required to be suspended below the concrete
Modeled using BIM, all mechanical and plumbing systems were detailed in REVIT and modeled using building information modeling.
